There are many different varieties of Sushi Rolls.
Spider Roll
This is actually a soft boiled crab, but the multiple legs coming from the roll look like a spider. With avocado and cucumber this is a fine tasting and popular roll.
Dynamite Roll
This is actually a western version of sushi, using a filling made of battered seafood and vegetables along with a few fresh vegetables like avocado.
Wagyu Beef Roll
Wagyu beef is the Japanese connoisseur beef, bred to be soft and marbled with fat. This is perhaps the fancies of all the sushi available.
California Roll
Another western variation on Asia cuisine, popular in the USA. This is famous for it ‘inside out’ appearance. Where most sushi has the layer of seaweed rolled around the outside the California sushi has the seaweed and rice rolled up in a spiral. The roll includes some fine crab, egg, cucumber and avocado, and is covered with orange fish eggs (roe).
Little Lobster Roll
Actually a battered shrimp with a little avocado.
Some of these dishes will incur and extra charge. But a special occasion deserves an extra treat. Try some fancy sushi.
