For 10 years Yume has been creating a delicious dining experience through its Japanese fusion menu, friendly service and the delightful range of brown rice options that are provided for the health conscious customer. Yume Sushi first opened its doors at Imperial Arcade at Pitt Street Mall (now Westfield) in Sydney CBD in October 2006.
